As a client of Thomsons you will interact with three different teams throughout your relationship with us, the Relationship, Client Projects, and Ongoing Delivery teams. They all work together seamlessly to ensure the delivery of excellence throughout the project.

We use the globally renowned customer survey methodology “The Ultimate Question (TUQ)” to constantly benchmark the quality of our delivery, customer service and solution, and to continually improve and evolve it in line with your feedback. Our entire organisation is motivated to constantly improve our TUQ score as it forms an integral part of our internal reward strategy.
