Our Ongoing Delivery team has one simple focus, to deliver superior customer service. We offer you complete visibility over your service delivery using our Task Management System. This logs every activity which has taken place, or is in progress on your scheme, so that you know the exact status of all tasks and that we are meeting our service level agreements.
We offer three levels of ongoing service delivery, either a fully, partially outsourced or client managed model. Whichever model you select, your scheme will be proactively serviced by your Account Team comprising an Account Director, Account Manager, In-House Account Manager and Customer Service Associate.
