Product Analyst
Role Objective
To manage new enhancements to the Perquisite™ product from initial suggestion through development to release.
Responsibilities
- Manage the gathering and assist with prioritisation of enhancement requests from within the business and externally
- Create and deliver requirements documents to the development team
- Work with the development team in design and quality assurance of new developments and feature enhancements
- Assist in the maintenance and creation of product documentation
- Continually develop an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to assist in responses to verbal and written questions both internally and from clients and partners
- Assist with research and management of special projects
- Day-to-day provider technical relationships
