The provision of services and advice to employers on Health and Wellbeing schemes (e.g. death in service and private medical insurance) is regulated by the FSA, as is providing retirement planning advice to employees. Whereas advice to employers on setting up a pension scheme for their employees is not regulated by the FSA neither is the provision of services, information and advice in relation to Benefit Administration, Salary Sacrifice, Employee Communications, Total Rewards, Global Reward and Technology solutions.
