Thomsons Online Benefits Win Motability's Business Partner Award
Thomsons Online Benefits has scooped the “Business Partner” award at the fifth annual Supplier Awards, presented by Motability Operations, the company which operates the Motability car, powered wheelchair and scooter scheme.
Recognising the people and businesses who deliver outstanding choice, excellence and customer satisfaction to over half a million Motability customers, the Supplier Awards cover all areas of the Motability Operations business.
Thomsons have worked with Motability since 2004 helping them develop their employee reward programme “myflex” into a sector leading package. Motability Operations went on to achieve “Best Company to Work for” status in 2007.
Motability Operations’ HR team nominated Thomsons for the award following many years of successful partnership. Over 100 suppliers were considered including car manufacturers and insurers.
The judges commented: “Providing Motability Operations with benefits software and consultancy that allows a flexible approach, Thomsons Online Benefits has delivered first-class consultancy support to the in-house Motability Operations HR function for several successful years. Ongoing service improvements make Thomsons Online Benefits a worthy award winner in the Business Partner Category.”
