This company is looking for a confident and self motivated consultant to take responsibility for shaping and managing their award winning employee engagement and communications proposition. The successful candidate will be able to develop a strategic yet highly creative approach that will demonstrates the company’s ability to think above and beyond traditional methods of engaging and communicating with employees about reward.
The company believe passionately in what they preach and will only accept candidates who can demonstrate their ability to build brilliant strategic partnerships with clients whilst challenging themselves and their team to deliver excellence on a daily basis. The successful candidate will become the spokesperson for the company’s employee engagement and communication approach and will have sole departmental responsibilities from recruitment, supporting revenue generation and managing the teams’ profitability.
Our brief is to select candidates with senior level experience within a consultancy environment who are used to juggling upwards of 15 client projects at any time. You will be confident, client facing and a self-starter.
