Benefits Manager allows you to empower your employees to make benefit selections and engage with their benefits packages while automating your benefits administration through self-service workflows.

Employees are able to manage online benefit selections end to end, as well as allocating dependants to benefits through Darwin™ Benefits Manager. The integrated workflow capabilities and knowledge base ensures administration is kept to a minimum. A simple seven step process enables bespoke reporting to be produced, for both payroll and benefit providers, for each pay period. Usage reports are available to demonstrate login rates as well as benefit take-up and spend, driving the shape of your future reward package.

Retirement Planner helps your employees to plan for the future and make the most of their long term retirement savings by seeing the potential impact of their present choices.

Through an interactive planning modeller and fund selection wizard, employees are able to understand the impact of decisions they make today on their retirement savings. Retirement Planner fully supports Pensions Auto-Enrolment and makes the necessary checks required by the legislation on your behalf as well as sending automated notifications to employees. Full reporting capabilities mean that your pension provider is kept up to date with any changes and new joiners for each payroll period.

Spending Account Manager allows your employees to intuitively manage their spending accounts and monitor their claim histories and those of their dependants.

Administration is streamlined as employees manage their spending accounts online, allowing the scanning and upload of receipts directly against their claims. Darwin™ allows receipts to be filtered ensuring quick and efficient approval as well as simple claims management reporting to minimise administration.

Benefits Enroller Icon

Benefits Enroller allows you to streamline and simplify benefit enrolment for your employees by bringing processes online.

The key objective of Benefits Enroller is allowing online selections for employees. Automated data transfers into Darwin™ and standard reporting out at the end of each payroll period for benefit deductions streamlines administration. Notifications to employees keep communications relevant for the employee.

Hol and Absence Planner Icon

Holiday/Absence Planner allows you to simplify scheduling and effectively manage employee holiday and absence as a part of your employees’ reward packages. With one click manager approval, the administration of employee holiday and absence is reduced, and employees are informed automatically of the status of their request. Management information including absence and Bradford Factor reporting allows you to effectively manage absenteeism.

Claims Adjudication

Claims adjudication is a required administration task for Spending Accounts in Asia, which can be a time consuming process; in order to minimise this, Thomsons can carry out this service for you. You set the parameters in which we should operate your scheme and we carry out the approvals on your behalf; employees are notified of when the claim is approved or rejected.

Outsourced Admin

In order for your benefit programme to run smoothly, a number of recurring processes need to be carried out; as part of this service Thomsons complete those on your behalf reducing your global administration workload. Tasks such as managing employee data transfers, submitting reports to both payroll and benefit providers are all part of the service and are completed within your specified timeframes.

Helpdesk
