Information can be accessed through the help centre, which provides guidance through a range of different mediums including comprehensive text, video guides, and Frequently Asked Questions. Should employees have particularly complex questions, our Client Services team is on call to help.
Employees are guided through their benefit selection with an easy to follow step-by-step process, which clearly shows the true impact of their selections on their take-home pay. They are prompted to complete any outstanding tasks and automatic reminders ensure minimal application follow-up. Once a selection window is closed, our powerful benefit reporting tool feeds details of these selections back to the necessary parties in accordance with their payroll specifications.
