Online payslips

Online Payslips are not only an efficient way of distributing payslips to employees, our clients also find that they are a great way to reduce their carbon footprint.

The Employment Rights Act 1996 states that “An employee has the right to be given by his employer, at or before the time at which any payment of wages or salary is made to him, a written itemised pay statement." According to the HMRC interpretation of this act, online payslips can be classed as “written” provided there is a capability to print them off easily.

Our Online Payslips cover all of the above criteria and more. Bulk payslip information that details all deductions and other necessary information from employees can be uploaded by clients or by Thomsons each month. Online Payslips are also a great way to ensure that employees visit their reward site at least once a month, each time reinforcing the value of their Total Reward.

The flexible nature of the Darwin™ Reward Centre Online Payslip facility ensures that virtually any format of payslip can be accommodated from almost any payroll provider, so long as the data can be extracted.

All historical payslips are available to each employee on demand to both view and print if hard copies are required, providing access to their pay information whenever they need it.
