Who we are
Thomsons Online Benefits was founded in 2000 with an audacious vision - to bring much needed change to the benefits industry and help the world’s leading organisations to transform their employee reward strategies. Our own experiences in the benefits industry led us to believe that there had to be a better way to deliver quality, value, service and tangible results for all the stakeholders involved. Today, we are delighted to be acknowledged as leaders in our field with clients that now include global brand giants such as Cisco, Deutsche Bank and IBM.
Winning awards such as ‘Best Corporate Adviser’ for a record six years running and featuring in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and Profit Track 100 have all been highlights in our journey. Most treasured of all, however, are the accolades that our clients have won for their outstanding employee reward programmes, delivered in partnership with Thomsons Online Benefits.
