Team Work
We support team days and nights out to help employees get to know each other and work better together and across the business. Our job swapping scheme, "Buddy Brilliant" reinforces this. Periodically, employees from different teams pair up and learn from each other about their respective roles.
Annual Company Conference
We hold an annual Thomsons conference where the whole company goes away for a few days of team building, development, interaction and fun. This culminates in our now legendary fancy dress competition!
