  • You don’t just raise problems, you suggest solutions
  • You’re confident but not pushy, friendly and professional

Where we'll take you

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow as a technology delivery consultant.

We’ll train you on how to Project Manage client projects and guide Clients through the process using core skills such as managing risks and controlling budgets.

You’ll learn how to talk to and communicate with Clients at different levels in the organisation, as well as internally at Thomsons with colleagues and Managers.

We’ll teach you about the employee benefits market and the business challenges our Clients face.

Our aim is that you’ll be running your own projects within 18 months of joining us, and you’ll have the skills and confidence to do this.

 Sounds exciting doesn’t it?
