The role and your mission:

As a Data Analytics Configurator, you will have an important role in streamlining the analytics process and maintaining the quality of the data being uploaded into Darwin.

You will be working closely with our product Darwin™, a cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software, used by some of the world’s most innovative companies.


The role and your mission:

  • Configuring Darwin reports to be loaded to Darwin Analytics Centre (DAC)
  • Working closely and effectively with the Solutions Delivery team to ensure that report specifications & requirements are implemented as expected
  • Maintain documentation of any ad-hoc reporting workarounds in the shared knowledge space
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Product Support
  • Perform pre-load testing of reports and catch any obvious errors prior to data being loaded
  • Preliminarily investigate the source of any possible reporting errors in the Darwin application, and raise detailed tickets with Product Support if necessary
  • Become familiar with the concepts of employee benefits and how these are implemented, to help better understand inconsistencies in the data
  • Maintain automated report schedules and update these as and when required
  • Perform post-load testing in DAC and report any errors/data issues found to the BI
