About the team:

The commercial team are critical to the growth and success of the business. In the last few years we have seen double digit growth and our sales team continues to grow and flourish. We sell with integrity and look to build lasting relationships with our clients. Due to growth within the team we are looking to welcome a Business Development Director in our EMEA region. 

 

Your mission will be:

  • Creating a qualified new business pipeline with Enterprise businesses 

  • Owning and building a territory within the EMEA region 

  • Selling with integrity utilising the value selling  methodology

  • Increasing SaaS & fee revenue by selling to net new logos 

  • Liaising with senior client stake holders and C-level decision makers 

  • Collaborating with Client Solutions, Solution delivery and Account Management to ensure seamless client experience 

  • Working to growth targets and other KPIs

  • Updating and inputting accurate data into our CRM

  • Travelling onsite to client HQs and offices 

 

What skills & values you will bring:

  • Experience selling software or a SaaS solution 

  • Experience in B2B sales

  • Solid track record of building a new business pipeline

  • Trained in solution/value selling or exposure to solution/value selling 

  • Experience in presenting a solution to senior level decision makers 

  • Keen interest in the value of technology in business 

  • A history or knowledge of the benefits industry is advantageous

  • Good understanding of Salesforce or comparable CRM system 

  • Self motivation, positive outlook and collaborative nature
