Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be supporting professional services teams by demonstrating professionalism and expertise in managing data specific projects through time. In addition, you will work with different stakeholders within the Solutions Delivery Department and will collaborate with other teams if required.

  • Support the senior members of the department with reports  that can drive decisions with impact for the department
  • Responsible for administration of our internal work tracking platform (ex: JIRA) and other tools (ex: Confluence)

We are looking for a colleague with an eye for detail, with a passion for facts and figures who can help the team make the most out of data findings.  It`s equally important to be good at communicating with people, to be able to support Configurators and Configuration Consultants across the team to ensure adherence to the processes set out for data gathering. 

 

The role and your mission:

  • Extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources, creating and maintaining reports and dealing with ad hoc requests for management 
  • Support the team in administration of internal data and platform and ensuring the effective use of internal data (both centrally and scattered data) and tools to aid consistency in delivery and clear visibility for management
  • Participate in the new and existing clients setup process (dashboards, tickets, project creation in our internal tool) and regularly challenge our ways of working to make sure they are consistently the best that they can be
  • Monitors internal project statistics and highlights key trends to senior managers where appropriate
  • Deliver best practice training to new joiners on using internal tools  with impact on data accuracy 
  • Recurring Reports updates 

Your experience and values:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office package, with strong knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience on reporting and data analysis
  • Good communication skills in English – both verbal and written
  • Analytical skills and business acumen, ability to assimilate and interpret information quickly
  • Reliable with high attention to detail and eager to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines and a real desire to achieve results
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance
  • Prioritizes and works to a schedule
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and/or work independently for projects as required
