Junior Service Desk Analyst

As a Junior Service Desk Analyst you will provide IT Service Desk Support for the Romania office. 

 

What will you be doing: 

  • Analysing incidents received via the Service Desk
  • Providing 1st line support analysis and advice to internal users
  • Logging, classifying and prioritising incidents and service requests via Service Desk software
  • Ability to prioritise incoming queries/issues and workload, manage expectations of resolution times
  • Resolution of incidents and service requests within the agreed Operational Level Agreements
  • Setup new PCs and laptops
  • Changing printer consumables
  • Checking AV in meeting rooms and reporting issues
  • End user support of network and printers
  • Desk moves

We are looking for a PINK person, with:

  • Proven experience in Service Desk/user support
  • Reliable and Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
  • Passion for Technology and getting ‘under the bonnet’
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
  • PC: Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 (Linux and MAC knowledge is also welcome)
  • PC peripherals – and mobile phones, printers, VoIP etc.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server etc.
