PMO Administrator

As a Project Manager Officer Administrator (PMO Administrator), you will be part of the Solutions Delivery Team, within the Professional Services department. You will be a part of a team of PMOs, working closely with the Global PMO Manager and Cluj Solutions Delivery Senior Managers Group.

Your main responsibility will be to support the main stakeholders with relevant administrations tasks and tools, facilitate action lists with timelines and managing internal projects, helping them have visibility over and scale different processes, best practices and other administrative tasks within the team.

Passion for problem solving, collaboration and making an impact with the use of data are highly required on the role


What will you be doing:

  • New projects to be created using standard templates – New and on-going projects. Requests to come from internal company different tools and Resourcing Team.
  • Checking with PMO and Client Manager for any missing information before project creation.
  • Monitoring dashboards to pick up new client account requests.
  • Monitoring dashboards for new TOB account requests and work with Service Desk Team.
  • Monitoring dashboards in order to pick up requests for issue filters and associated dashboards
  • Run agreed set of monthly PMO reports
  • Respond to SD requests for pulling reports based on standard internal tool queries or saved reports
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Keep Confluence internal tool User Guide documentation up to date, especially page links and permissions.
  • Monitoring internal tool Subscriptions for missing project information- flagging to project leads and PMO team.
  • Feedback to Coordinators and PMO on issues/ trends appearing with requests or problems.
  • Monitor dashboards and respond to requests
  • Monitoring timesheet completion from Solutions Delivery team
  • Departmental administration responsibilities at Cluj level such as owning the team calendar events, project manage internal projects, Outlook calendar for Solutions Delivery Events and work with Solutions Delivery Leadership Team Cluj and PMO.
