About the team

The primary role of Senior Process Lead, also referred to, as a business Process lead, is to evaluate and make improvements to business processes. They can perform these tasks within any department in a business and can be employed across all types of industries.

The role and your mission:

High-level responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the procedure for the working process up to date and adjusting procedures to satisfy all stakeholders’ requests by managing their expectations around the successful delivery of all projects
  • Assigning work to quality testers and ensuring overall workflow in the team by continuously calibrating with the Team Manager
  • Participating in recurrent meetings with the SD management team, discussing the team’s results and setting up resource allocation strategy and execution of the strategy
  • Creating weekly/monthly reports for the Cluj team's activity: analysis on quality output: trends and metrics
  • Collaborating with the UK & all Cluj stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency regarding status of projects
  • Generating documentation of existing processes and improvements, forecast expected results of process changes, analyse implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as required
  • Breaks down various business processes with flowcharts, manuals and other documentation outlining current practices and calibrates with PMO department to ensure consistency across locations
  • Writing documents that explain changes and how to implement them in a way that all those involved in the process can understand.
  • Ensure that all employees are familiar with relevant procedural changes and oversee the training of staff and creation of documents addressing new procedures and policies
  • Proposes and organizes refreshment trainings on individual or team’s level based on performance need in order to improve knowledge within the team (monthly or when needed)
  • Document skill set matrix for quality and technical roles with input from Subject Master experts and provide output for sign off

Workload and operational:

  • Ensure project statuses are being sent to relevant stakeholders highlighting possible blockers and proposes different options to ensure smooth end-to-end project delivery, after proper calibration with QA Lead and Team Manager
  • Global Best practice involvement to ensure consistency in the way we approach quality and other processes: produce training plan for scaling
  • Ensuring quality standards for all processes by clearly breaking down and defining each operational component of project delivery with new business focus

Communication and escalation management:

  • Coordinate unplanned configuration and QA requests in New Business in collaboration with the Team Manager and QA Lead in order to:
    • Reduce risk on specific tasks or projects
    • Ensure due dates are met or re prioritized if needed
  • Produce clear actions / minutes from meetings and circulate accordingly
  • Facilitate communication on processes and quality standards between different locations / departments
  • Cascade down information related to clients’ / department goals / business decisions
  • Report high level information to the Team Manager and other managerial staff on a regular basis to ensure efficient delivery
