Thomsons is recognized for its excellence in streamlining benefits administration for global companies, as well as meeting the increasing challenges of engaging and communicating with remote employees.

Nominations are based on input from the HR community including providers, customers and analysts. The 2014 TekTonic award winners were announced at the annual HRO Today Forum on May 5, 2014.

The award recognition follows a recent presentation from Wakely the HRO Today Forum, where he presenting a case study featuring bwin.party Digital Entertainment, the world's largest listed online gaming company. Wakely's presentation outlined the creation and success of a global, harmonized, branded reward program for bwin's growing multinational workforce. That program was also recognized as a finalist for the HRO Today Services and Technology Association Awards Global Programme of the Year.
